Discover a series of playful and whimsical augmented reality (AR) experiences activated on Artivive! They were thoughtfully created by students from CHIJ Toa Payoh Secondary School as part of a mentorship with artist Priscilla Tey. These AR experiences were developed to respond to works and artists featured in the Gallery’s collection, as well as to pay homage to the pioneers in art and culture who paved the way for the young creatives of today.

Priscilla Tey is an illustrator and picture book maker. She is internationally known for her picture books In-Between Things, Twitchy Witchy Itch and Counting in Dog Years. In 2022, her book Counting in Dog Years (written by Betsy Franco), was featured in the New York Public Library’s Best Books List, and her artworks were part of the jury’s selection for the 2022 Society of Illustrators (NYC) Original Art Competition.
For this mentorship programme, she worked with students from CHIJ Secondary to create AR filters for artworks in the Gallery's collection.
