Gallery Gigs presents live performances by interdisciplinary artists across music, theatre and dance, all set against the dynamic backdrop of the Gallery’s Padang Atrium. Join us as we delve into the theme, “Do You See Me?”
Together with our Resonates With Residency artists and local musicians, these artists explore identity, culture and soundscapes, as well as offer fresh perspectives on how we can connect with art in its many forms!
Artists like ABANGSAPAU are few and far between. Known best for donning a sarung, the Malay-Sikh artist makes it a point to take each person who cares to listen on a journey that goes beyond all expectations. A firm believer in the expression of self, ABANGSAPAU wants his music to serve as a mirror to both himself and his listeners.
For Light to Night 2025, ABANGSAPAU joins forces with The Room—a specially-curated group of musicians for an intimate, vulnerable and powerful set. Through his set, ABANGSAPAU & The Room will explore themes of self-love, purpose and the constant pursuit of finding yourself, with one question in mind: Do You See Me?
